The Team at Southern Chrysler Jeep - Greenbrier were extremely helpful and we would definitely by a truck from them again. extremely helpful and we would definitely by a truck from them again. More
Service conducted as needed to ensure proper vehicle operation. Cost of cabin air filter replacement was a little high priced but overall great job as usual. operation. Cost of cabin air filter replacement was a little high priced but overall great job as usual. More

The Jeep I bought has a missing fog light bulb, so much for that multipoint inspection on all vehicles, and getting it fixed hasn't been easy. No one answers the phones.very dissatisfied for that multipoint inspection on all vehicles, and getting it fixed hasn't been easy. No one answers the phones.very dissatisfied More
Took my Jeep in and told them rear differential light was on last oil change. They unplugged it and said it was fixed. 2 days later light came back on. Drove in and lady was rude and said they couldn’t look on last oil change. They unplugged it and said it was fixed. 2 days later light came back on. Drove in and lady was rude and said they couldn’t look at it. I made an appointment for oil change, inspection in for to be fixed. Took three days because of parts. Went to pick it up and I was told I owed $495.00. My Jeep is under warranty with 23,000 miles and only owned for 2 years. Lady was rude and said that’s not what the bill says. She told me I owed the amount and it wasn’t covered. Let her know I wasn’t paying for it. Then she went and checked the service and said it was coded wrong that it was covered. I am not happy at all with the way, I was treated or how the situation was handled. This is my second car I purchased from your dealership since 2019. I believe it will be my last. More
Let me open my comment by stating that my comments that follow are rather lengthy and if not for the dedication and professionalism of two individuals (Ms. Bobbie xxx and Mr. Tommy Hancock) we would not ha follow are rather lengthy and if not for the dedication and professionalism of two individuals (Ms. Bobbie xxx and Mr. Tommy Hancock) we would not have done business ever again with Southern Auto. Last Thursday (03 August) my wife and I, had an appointment at 5:30 pm to visit with Bobbie your internet sales rep. Being the type of person who hates to be late, we arrived at approximately 5:15. Realizing that we'd gotten there early, we text Bobbie to inform her that we were early and due to the heat, decided to remain in our car until we received some acknowledgement to come inside. Approximately 5:25, one of your salesmen (Mr. Justin Cannady) came out to inquire if he could help us. Heck, having only conversed with Bobbie via text message, we assumed that he was the individual we were supposed to meet with. I provided Mr. Cannady copies of two window sticker printouts, and he asked my wife and I to join him in his office while he tried to determine if the two vehicles were in fact on site. The result of his search was that one vehicle was on-site while the other was not. After making that determination, we proceeded with a few additional questions about the two vehicles and although it took him some time to answer, he finally admitted that he'd only been onboard for about a year after coming over from the GM side of the industry. In his effort to answer our questions, it became obvious that he was not as familiar with the RAM truck product line. At that point our confidence in him began to dissipate. It was then that we told him that he was on a one-hour time limit. After some time looking for and trying to access the vehicle, he finally realized that the keys he was given were incorrect, moreover, the vehicle was actually not at the 1717 Military Hwy store, but rather at the 1414 Military Hwy store. After coming to this embarrassing conclusion, he offered to take us to the 1414 store to look at the vehicle. We declined his offer and were about to leave. He then made another offer after taking us to view several used RAM 1500 trucks. I explained to him that we didn't come there to buy a used vehicle. he countered by stating that he'd offer some aggressive pricing on these units. Again, we declined and returned to the office, where we provided him with a list of must have features and two vehicle colors, along with my email and cell number. By Monday of the following week, we'd not heard from him, so I emailed him to ask whether he was still interested in doing business with us? Again, no response. Just as we had decided to move on from Southern Auto we received an email from one of the sales managers inquiring about our experience during our visit to the 1717 store. Well, since he asked, I provided him with this story. Shortly thereafter we received and apology and an invitation to meet with Bobbie at the 1414 store who in turn introduced us to a new salesman, Mr. Tommy Hancock who in concert with Ms. Bobbie xxx save the day and secured a sale. As we say in the Navy – Bravo Zulu! More
