My reason for an average rating is that I brought my 2026 Wrangler in for express lane oil change tire rotation upon getting home I noticed rear shocks were leaking brought the vehicle back. The service department said that the technicians that do the express lane cannot diagnose, and therefore would not have noticed, nor made note of the leaking shocks. It took the maintenance department a full day to get the vehicle in and diagnosed with the weekend another five days to get replacement shocks. More

The service was great as it always has been but the new policy regarding free oil changes was terribly implemented and perhaps breaking contract. I brought it up to the GM but after letting him know I get my maintenance done somewhere else I was told he didn't need my business at his particular dealership since I'd bought my truck at a different location.
