I must be in your database. My full name is Luz Pacheco and my email is pachecoluz@rocketmail.com. How could you send me notifications if you don’t have my information? My 2017 Grand Caravan was serviced there in the month of July. I paid $620.11. The engine and ABS lights were turning on. Brian Thompson told me that they had put in a crank sensor and a battery. My battery was not showing any faults. Everything else was working fine. It was just delaying to turn on. It was in the service station for 6 days. The day after I got it back, the engine and ABS light was turning on again. I called Brian and he told me to take it back to the service station. My car was there for another 6 days. Brian wouldn’t call to give me updates and wouldn’t answer my calls. When he called me back, he told me a needed a new motor and the price would be $14,690.00. I told him I was picking up my car. When I went there, he sarcastically said thank you for that messed up evaluation you gave me. My response to him was,” I’m sorry their were no zeros. That is what you deserved.
