The service department is great always, thanks to my service Rep Donna. However, the collision center is one that has a lot to be desired. They had my truck for over a month. Work for damage covered by service Rep Donna. However, the collision center is one that has a lot to be desired. They had my truck for over a month. Work for damage covered by insurance was to be done and work I personally wanted done and would pay for out of my own pocket to be done. Work done under the insurance was done within the month plus they had it, but nothing was done at all for the personal work. Which all of it together should have been only a week at the very most. When I let Craig Robinson know, who was handling all of it from day one, he told me "well you didn't pay for it". I specifically asked if a front end alignment would be done since it was front end damage from a small accident. I was told it would be since I specifically asked for it, which I know if you have an accident, especially front end then an alignment should be checked. No alignment was done or even checked. I had phone and text messages with Mike Owen since the beginning because of lack of communications from the collision center and never getting updates on my truck. Mike still hasn't responded to message since the day I picked up my truck and was very unsatisfied. Mike is an owner/partner and was kind enough to cover the rental due to their lack of skilled professionalism at the collision center, but to not respond to a customer that has had constant issues from the beginning that states they are worried about their safety because of the work done and not done, that is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I paid for my tires to be rotated and they were not. So I had to go back to my Service Advisor to report that to her. Then I had to wait longer for them to take my truck back in to rotate the tires.
