This was the worst service experience I have had since prior to purchasing my 2015 vehicle. The service advisor I think her name may have been Emily. didn't know how to fill out the maintenance log I alwa prior to purchasing my 2015 vehicle. The service advisor I think her name may have been Emily. didn't know how to fill out the maintenance log I always get updated when coming in for oil changes. And said the cashier needed to do it. Rather than coming into the wait area to discuss recommendations she called on the phone, spoke very quickly and rattled off some recommendations which I missed some of apparently and she didn't realize I needed some type of update to my oil system that s best to get taken care of at oil change. I will ensure I never go see her for service again. The Cashier lady was very helpful to do the paperwork the SA should have updated for me. And make the situation right. I appreciated that. More

I have been a faithful customer since 2007. Took my car in for repair Feb 7, 2023. Charged Diagnostic Eval ($199) to remove the check engine light due to a #8 cylinder misfire code and that the Took my car in for repair Feb 7, 2023. After keeping my car overnight, I called for an update and was told the technician needed another hour of service because he couldn't figure out the problem. I agreed simply because my car was hostage. The following day, I called for an update and was informed that the second Diagnostic Eval ($199) was to no avail. Eventually, it was determined that the #8 fuel injector was clogged and recommending cleaning all the injectors. Charged ($150), I was informed the car was ready for pickup Feb 9, 2023. Big surprise at the window, the cost was $610.43. An adjustment was made and military discount added, new price was $551.39. I feel taken advantage of and duped. I had to pay the amount or I wouldn't have transportation. I feel violated. Previously the car was running fine but had a check engine light. Now it rattles as if something is loose. I dare not bring it back. More

I took car in for oil change tire rotation an inspection. Along with my seat wouldn’t move back, the button for 2 drivers to set seat, my start stop, the seat doesn’t go down a back when you shut engine off.
