Initial phone call and text of appointment time wonderful. All else failed after that. Took my information on trade in before seeing suv I had appointment to see . In 30 years, I have not has as poor an experience as I have with this purchase process. From the sales crew going through my trade in during negotiations and using the old window sticker from the prior sa have with this purchase process. From the sales crew going through my trade in during negotiations and using the old window sticker from the prior sale in their leverage, to not locking in an interest rate until 5 days 'post sale', having to sign paperwork multiple times because financing was done incorrectly, the list is quite long. The customer experience manager actually filled out his own survey, rating himself a 10, and signed as the customer. This was a terrible comedy of a process from start to finish, and we will no longer be customers of this dealership after literally 15 years ($200k + in vehicles in the last 18 months). The ONLY reason I'm giving more than a single star for my sales person is his diligence in following up for other people's failings. More

Zero communication with service advisor. Never returned calls or called when he said he would. Oil drain plug blew out in the way home from service. Overall horrible experience.
