Initially the first impression that I had with the people at the customer service counter was not good. My car was stalling-They changed the oil and told me it was fixed. My daughter drove it to Virginia Tech. It broke down again 500 miles away, doing the same thing it was doing before, even though the only was fixed. My daughter drove it to Virginia Tech. It broke down again 500 miles away, doing the same thing it was doing before, even though the only place we drove it was to Blacksburg. My car has been at the dealer for 7mos. I haven't been called abt fixing it yet. We were told the manager would call us. It never happened. The car is still on their lot. More
