Quality workmanship, Barbara did maintain communication, when requested but was not the leader in keeping the client informed. Stellantis has a logistics system problem being that they do not maintain parts when requested but was not the leader in keeping the client informed. Stellantis has a logistics system problem being that they do not maintain parts availability after 5 years, they depend on aftermarket suppliers, not good for owners who keep and maintain their vehicles for 10-20 years! Service advisor has to be repeatedly asked for quotes, but once you nail them down the cost and work are reasonable and reliable quality. More

First, everyone seems disorganized and not really engaged with the customers. The gentleman who showed me to the write-up area was very polite. When I walked in there were 3 young women working with other cu with the customers. The gentleman who showed me to the write-up area was very polite. I have lifetime oil changes on my Prius which is what I was there for. The young lady typed a few things and asked me to have a seat in the lounge. The atmosphere was very dull. More
