I hate going here. It is nearly impossible to reach the service department. Two weeks ago, I called the number on their website. The AI phone assistant tried to set up an appointment, but since I needed my brakes replaced, it said someone from the service department would need to contact me. I waited a week—no call back. I called again and got voicemail. Still no response. I called a third time and reached a messaging service. The person I spoke with wasn’t even located at the dealership but said they would escalate the issue to their manager and then to the service department manager. Again, no call back. The next day, I tried calling the parts department because I needed a new battery for my truck. I had to leave a message, and once again, no one returned my call. I then called the sales floor just to reach a human. The first person tried to transfer me to service, which led to—again—another voicemail. I called back and spoke with a sales associate named Sai. He actually walked over to the service department and asked someone to call me. He came back on the line and said Emily would call me. This was already one week after my first attempt to reach anyone. The following week, I went in person for an oil change and was told this is an ongoing problem. That’s not surprising, because the same thing happened the last time I tried to contact them. Right before writing this review, I received an email asking for feedback. The service director, Everette Murphy, said to call if I had any issues. I did—but the phone system asked me to enter the first three letters of his name, and then told me no one by that name exists.
