For the first time since 2004, I waited for an oil change for more than 3 hours. The agent said they have 5 lub people but only one showed up. They worked with me on getting three different high ticket items fixed on my car, and they got it done quicker than they thought. The Pandemic and natural staff turnover (retirement) has resulted in an understaffed and inexperienced crew that operate way below the standard we became accustomed to. More
