I figured I’d wait for my mileage warranty to expire so I can come back as a paying customer and get better service. I’m a maintenance contractor that uses the truck to work at night. I lost $7500 in those five working days. I am very interested in getting another vehicle another truck for my business and a car for my daughter but I am a little shy about going back. More
Danial was great however what I was told would take 45 minutes max turned into 3 and a half hours. This was not the fault of Danial but the technician. Need to get more diesel mechanics to work on the grand Cherokee diesel vehicle. Dealerships need to contact the manufacturers to place light bulbs and batteries in a more central location for the averag Cherokee diesel vehicle. Dealerships need to contact the manufacturers to place light bulbs and batteries in a more central location for the average person to change. This is the only reason why they got a 3 but other than that the service was outstanding. More
The service agents are no good and should be replaced. Also more mechanics are needed. Also more mechanics are needed. More

These fees included: market price adjustment, anti theft device(s), protective interior/exterior application, and some other miscellaneous fee that totaled over $4300! And that didn’t even include traditional closing cost such as registration, tax, tags and of course their DOC fee. I was not a happy camper to say the least! Here’s my beef… Charge whatever prices for extras you want, just disclose them up front once a serious dialog is invoked with the salesperson or management. It’s as simple as that. I was a 4.5 hour drive away, had I made the trip only to find these non-disclosed items were in addition to the listed price, we’ll let’s just say the conversation would not have been very pleasant. In closing, I did have a couple of respectful email communications with the sales manager. She understood my frustration and was appreciative of the feedback. She thought the salesman had informed me about the fees prior to receiving an invoice but I pointed out his emailed explanation actually occurred shortly after that fact. Timeliness is important! In the end, I bought my truck from a dealership in Raleigh that had none of the aforementioned fees. Price was as advertised and closing cost were normal. That’s the way it should be. More
