We have been with this dealership for about 4+years now and we have had some ups and downs. Bought my car here on a Thursday morning lady named Barbara told me she would let me know whats the issues and would get back with me. Well... needless to say, calling all weekend I received no answers Barbara told me she would let me know whats the issues and would get back with me. Well... needless to say, calling all weekend I received no answers! 😡Monday morning I came into the dealership, come to find out she still wasn't there after I stood in the service section for atleast 5 minutes before anyone helped me while they stared me in the face talking amongst one another. I turned to the right of me and noticed the guy who had helped me previously coming into the dealership, Paul McManuels. After he was finishing up a call i got his attention and explained my problems and issues. He didn't hesitate to find out what had happened to "Barbra." To my observations and encounter this seems to happen alot under her CARE. THANKS TO PAUL for his consistent responses, knowledge, and understanding of priorities. 👍🏾👍🏾 2👎🏾👎🏾 to Barbra ‼️😡🤬 More
I took my car to the dealership to get a freeze plug replaced after it being diagnosed at another shop. They refused to fix the issue instead charged me $200 to do a diagnostic to come back and say the replaced after it being diagnosed at another shop. They refused to fix the issue instead charged me $200 to do a diagnostic to come back and say the water pump is bad. After getting a quote of $2800 I get another opinion and the mechanic took me underneath the car and showed me the leaking freeze plug, leaking thermostat, and coolant coming from water pump weep hole. So for 2800 it still wouldn’t have fixed the issues. I paid for a service and the Technician did not do his job! More

The service department had my truck for two weeks to complete a recall, state inspection and evaluate a problem with the 4WD engaging unexpectedly while driving in the rain. Called after the first week complete a recall, state inspection and evaluate a problem with the 4WD engaging unexpectedly while driving in the rain. Called after the first week and was told it was ready for me to pick up. The cashier gave me my key but she wasn’t sure the paperwork was correct. The service guy said I was ready to go. I looked at my truck and noticed the old inspection sticker was still on the truck which made me doubt the inspection and the recall had been done. Went back in the service department and told them what I found and questioned whether the recall and state inspection had been done. Apparently the work had not been complete so I left it for another week. A service advisor did call a few days after I dropped it off to explain they could not recreate the problem with the 4WD so there was nothing they could do. The fact it could not be recreated does not negate the fact that it happened and could cause expensive damage to the truck if not fixed. I would expect at least looking under the truck for any electrical connections that when wet might cause the 4WD to engage or looking into any service bulletins, etc. I feel the evaluation was incomplete and lacking the attention it needed.
