I was totally ripped off by this crew. In the snow storm last year my jeep's 4x4 stopped working and left me stranded. It is a four year old Jeep. I had it towed to Southern Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and they told me a retainer clip broke and they needed to replace the whole cable. That the retainer clip only came in a package with a new cable. This turned out to be a total lie. After they charged me almost $400 dollars just to get my non-4x4 operational Jeep back, I decided to look online. Well, there was a video that showed exactly the what was the problem. Jeep in their infinate engineering intelligence, switched from a nut holding their transfer case cable in place to a, cheap flimsy, retainer ring. Further, the transfer case sheild design works as a great channel for packing snow up underneath into the transfer case shift housing, so when you drive in the snow it packs it right in there for you and should you decide to shift back out of four wheel drive while your transfer case is packed with snow, out comes the cheap plastic retainer. This is a well known problem with these model of Jeeps aparently. Anyway, Paul at the shop told me I could not get this cheap piece all by itself, and that I would need the $800 cable and I assume two hours + of labor to have it replaced. I found a reputible Jeep dealer online and for aobut $4.50 plus shipping they sent one to me. Anyway, in less tha tow minutes I installed the cheap ring myself and guess what. I have my 4x4 operational 100%. I want my money back from these crooks. I would NOT recommend anyone go to these rip off artists. More

Once I got there my experience was excellent, however getting someone to answer the phone beforehand was a challenge. Now that I know that most of my service needs can be met through the express lane wit getting someone to answer the phone beforehand was a challenge. Now that I know that most of my service needs can be met through the express lane with no appointment, moving forward I’m sure there will be less frustration. The team I dealt with in person was amicable, professional and fast and the waiting area was well furnished with coffee, wifi and snacks. Well done. More
