The only honest person in the place was the sales guy! Complete nightmare. RUN AWAY! The last 2 cars I b ought I was out the door in less than Ann hour. Not here, by design. It took 5 hours, which is only part of their process to pitch you crap you don't need. I will detail EXACTLY how they rope you through the finance process to rip you off below and in other online forums with photos and screenshots to inform you and save you from the same ripoff technique. After refusing everything, but then finally financing through them in order to make up a small gap in funding, they still snuck in 2 separate anti theft programs I didn't want and 6 years worth of LoJack they said was automatic, even though it is not. All these contracts require the dealer to participate in cancelling them, but 2 weeks after spending $76,000 dollars and making 6 phone calls to the original rip off artist, Mackenzie Boom, her useless non-responsive boss Eugene who never calls back either, I still have no such forms.. If you are sitting in front of Mackenzie or anyone in THEIR finance Dept, they are plotting to take your money. PERIOD, Her strategy is to make small talk while working out plans to pitch you. The price differs based on how much they think you will spend. I refused "electronics protection" and she kept lowering the price, then asked me, "how much could you afford to spend on it?" Her assistant is some guy who keeps calling you "buddy" and offering poor advise on how to care for the new diesel. (You don't want to use K&N's on theses diesels....."buddy") I refused EVERYTHING they offered and repeatedly said I was only buying the truck a d was at the end of the budget on this truck. That wasn't good enough for her. I had already signed all the paperwork for MY financing with no extras, not even the "delivery fee" and all the other garbage they put on the pricing sheet (never pay those either, they dropped mine, Walk out if you even go in there at all). Then, when I agreed to finance through their bank she reprinted all the paperwork and I went to town signing off. She kept me talking and so did her pal while I signed. I missed the smile on her face as I apparently signed for 2 separate anti theft systems (Two??) and they sold me "commercial gap" which cost more. Her reason was "oh the form just says that". Somehow these forms made it into the new stack. Only the signature pages too, odd right? I got all the automated e ails from them offering to "help fix a y problems" but so far the following people are not interested in helping you out, even when you drop $76k at their business: Mackenzie Boom - would steal your kids candy "Eugene" (likely doesn't;'t really exist?) Maybe a vm for those folks who give up easily Kyle L Mackenzie - Customer Experience Manager (why does this job exist if the guy doesn't respond to customers?) Joe Cuellar - General Manager (sent automated email with his phone and email) - nada back in 2 days If you were thinking of buying here, I would suggest other placers who don't try to "help you find a better rate" so they can sneak in extra stuff to drive your FINANCED amount way up. At this point I’m I’m convinced that my vehicle is not meant to be serviced at this location. This is the 3rd time in a row that I have left there completely frustrated and disappointed. I called the service department on Wednesday April 27th and specifically asked “Is an appointment needed to get my vehicle inspected? The young lady clearly said “No, just bring your vehicle up to the service area before 12 to avoid waiting too long because the techs go to lunch between 12-1pm”. So I take off of work Friday to get my vehicle inspected. Of course as usual, what I was told was inaccurate. Oh and of course no one knew anything, no one could provide any explanation. Every time I go to this location, one person tells me something completely different than the next or just doesn’t know what to say. I don’t understand why I was told to “just bring the car up” if that wasn’t the case. Can anyone from this place of business explain that to me. So now it’s the end of the month, I have taken off a day from work, wasted my time and gas, and drove 30 minutes for absolutely nothing. All trust has been lost, my vehicle is clearly not safe at this location. More
