The customer service is awful! After I purchased my Jeep there have been many things showing up on my Jeep that need to be fixed. Trying to get in touch with someone at the dealers After I purchased my Jeep there have been many things showing up on my Jeep that need to be fixed. Trying to get in touch with someone at the dealership has been impossible and when I do finally get in touch h with someone they tell me I need to speak to someone else, they will then transfer me to that person, who doesn’t answer the phone or return phone calls. For a week I have been calling to have an issue fixed with my car (that I’ve only had for 2 months) and each time I call I’ve been told I need to speak to someone else and that person has been a different person each time. No one seems to care about the customer or to try and make things right More

I asked my brother in law to take the car just for free inspection,free oil change and replaced wiper blades at the back because I have to take care of my sick mother, but ended up with a $375.12.
