Brought in for an oil change. During inspection, found I had oil leaks underneath my Caravan, needing immediate attention. Was late morning when they started the repair. Let service advisor Barbara know I really needed my Van back by that night. She worked with the Technician all day to accomplish that request. Was so glad when Barbara called me back at 5pm. Mr. Tyrone Houston has been my sales associate every time, and is the only one I will ever go to. he is patient and really listens to his customers. This particular trip it took 2 weeks to get the truck I wanted with the options I wanted inside my budget. He kept me up to date and searched every dealership within 1000 miles to finally find the truck I wanted. Ms. Nerely Blanco was the sales Manger I have worked with everytime. she always has a cheerful upbeat personality and is a master at getting the most for trade in and getting the lowest interest rates available and explaining every option available. Mr. Frank Staicer was my finance director handled all my paperwork. we probably spent more time just casually shooting the breeze than we did doing paperwork. He explained all available warranties and never tried to pressure me into anything and if I said I wasn't interested in a warranty that's all that was said. he is genuinely interested in talking and getting to know his customers and making sure that they are taken care of. All parties were very helpful both before and after the sales. they really take care of the customers and even after the purchase they want to make sure they are taken care of. you can not go wrong becoming a member of the southern family where southern hospitality lives on. When I was trying to purchase a vehicle from them, a defect was found on the vehicle after the vehicle was sitting on the Lot for 4 months. The dealership refused to lower the amount of money they were going to give me for the cost of repairs and we ended up setting on a price. After purchasing the vehicle, one of the mandatory features that i was I told that I HAD to pay $800 for, that I didn't want, was completely inoperable and requires the dealership to finish the installation process. On top of all that i had to chase them down to get any sort of response to questions about the vehicle I was trying to purchase. More
Went in for a State inspection and tire rotation and oil change. Had to ask them to put air into tires after picking up the vehicle.
