I realize the oil change is complimentary, but I would have been better off paying someone else to do it. I was not notified when the service was complete even though I left my contact number. When I pic have been better off paying someone else to do it. I was not notified when the service was complete even though I left my contact number. When I picked up the vehicle I was handed the keys and pointed to the area it was parked in only to find it pinned in on all 4 sides by other vehicles. I had to go back in and request that someone move a vehicle so I could get out. The most disappointing thing is that 2 days later I realized oil was leaking in my driveway because the technician didn't bother to tighten the oil plug all of the way. Why bother to offer this complimentary service as an incentive to sell a vehicle, when the quality of the service just makes the customer feel like they were an inconvenience to you? If you don't have the time or the manpower to do the job correctly please inform me so I don't waste my time or yours.This is the second time I have had oil leaking after an oil change from your service center. I figured the first time was just a one time thing and I didn't complain. Now I feel this seems to be the norm. More
