Barbara from the service department was kind and extremely helpful. The phone service and ability to reach someone or get an active voicemail and a call back was not the greatest experience. I spent over a week trying to get an appt using the voicemails of over 20 “ transferred calls from receptionist. I had a part on back order that sat for 3 weeks before I finally called and learned it was in. No one called me once it arrived. If it wasn’t for Barbara being so kind this would have been zero stars. More

I assume this survey is reference my recently purchased RAM 3500, not a Chrysler or Jeep. The sales department and personnel were all great. The dealership, overall, appears to offer significant value in RAM 3500, not a Chrysler or Jeep. The sales department and personnel were all great. The dealership, overall, appears to offer significant value in their dealer promoted benefits such as lifetime oil changes, etc. There does seem to be a bit of a lag time with getting things done within the body shop and getting things taken care of in a timely manner. I understand there are certain labor hiring challenges during this time of Covid, but it remains that when someone buys a new vehicle, there should an expectation of prompt attention to matter to keep minor things from getting in the way of total customer satisfaction. More

HUGE shout out to Brian in the service department. Only a few days before an out of state move, the latch motor on our convertible top died causing the top to not be able to open, or secure properly when clo few days before an out of state move, the latch motor on our convertible top died causing the top to not be able to open, or secure properly when closed., making the car undriveable. Due to the pandemic, the part is not currently available at any dealership in the country. Although Brian was leaving at noon for a few days off, he continually called us throughout the morning to keep us updated. At 11:45, Brian texted and provided us the part number we needed, assuring us that if we could find the part, they would install it for us. With the help of the internet, we were able to have the part shipped overnight and get the top operational. Brian went above and beyond to help us with this and made us happy that we had been Southern customers for 20 years. They have been our dealership of choice in Hampton Roads and we will miss dealing with them. More
