When I bought my used Nissan Rogue, Tyrone Houston delivered it to my house. He picked it up the next week, had a headlight lens buffed, a tire replaced and the car detailed, and brought it back to my delivered it to my house. Bought my 2021 Ram 1500 Built to serve addition on 4/14/21. This is my 3rd vehicle in 3 years that I have purchased at a Southern Dealership. Upon driving home, I noticed that my windshield "Whistle 4/14/21. This is my 3rd vehicle in 3 years that I have purchased at a Southern Dealership. Upon driving home, I noticed that my windshield "Whistles" when I drive over 55 mph. Immediately notified Southern about my issue. Since Southern does not work on windshields, they passed me onto their "window guy". He finally came out after 6 weeks. Now, over 2 months later, windshield still whistles, cannot get a return call from their service department, or either of the GM's. Clearly frustrated and disatisified with Southerns customer service. More

Let me fist state that this review is has nothing to do with Cedric Walters nor Nerely Blanco. They both were/have been amazing! Cedric was a great help in buying the vehicle my husband and I bought. Has this process been a xxxx joke! We bought a 2018 Jeep Wranlger on April 10th 2021. While looking at the Jeep my husband (who is a automotive painter) noticed an area on the hood where the paint looked like someone tried buffing something off and my husband wanted it fixed. So in the deal of buying this Jeep we asked for this to be fixed. We were told no problem. I do not know his name but I believe he is the Use Car director, he spoke to my husband like my husband was beneath him. And since then my husband has called and/or gone up to the dealership he will not look at nor talk to my husband. After a week of owning the Jeep we noticed some corrosion on the hinges. My husband was able to find a service bulletin about this issue. So we contacted the dealership to get this fixed before the warranty was over. My husband again being a automotive painter circled all the spots and brought it up to Southern's Body Shop where they took pictures and stated they would submit them to the warranty company. After a week of hearing nothing back my husband finally was able to get on the phone with the Body Shop Manager who knew nothing about it and my husband found out that they didn't even submit the pictures/paper work to the warranty company to get it fixed. Now here we are May 3rd and my husband was finally able to drop off the Jeep which they will have for a week. We were told we could get a loaner car while the Jeep was in for service but they dropped that ball also. Over all I am not happy! When my husband goes to buy his Gladiator we will be going out to Suffolk to buy from Starr Motors! We will never buy from Southern again and it sucks because we were happy to buy from you this time because this is where we bought our last vehicle. Do better for your customers! More
