I wasn’t crazy about the color and I wanted to replace the rooms but there wasn’t much he could do about the color and the rooms are all computerized for this vehicle but I’m getting used to it. As soon as we stepped into the dealership we were met with excellent hospitality by each employee, and received top quality customer service from Eddie. Eddie was very attentive to our needs/wants and was not pushy like other dealers we’ve dealt with at other dealerships. He made our entire experience enjoyable and very easy. And he is very true to his word when he says don’t be afraid to call him if anything comes up with the Jeep. We had a couple of minor things come up with our Sahara within a couple of weeks of driving it off the lot, one call to Eddie and he sets us up with an appointment right away. Upon arrival he walks me to the service office and introduces me to the friendly staff I will be working with. Overall, I recommend Southern Jeep and highly recommend working with Eddie if you get the chance. More
