I used to hate taking my van in for oil/filter because agent would find numerous expensive suggestions. I don't notice this happening as much now. I have a mechanic who keeps my car in good service. Barbara from the service department was kind and extremely helpful. The phone service and ability to reach someone or get an active voicemail and a call back was not the greatest experience. I spent over a week trying to get an appt using the voicemails of over 20 “ transferred calls from receptionist. I had a part on back order that sat for 3 weeks before I finally called and learned it was in. No one called me once it arrived. I assume this survey is reference my recently purchased RAM 3500, not a Chrysler or Jeep. The sales department and personnel were all great. The dealership, overall, appears to offer significant value in RAM 3500, not a Chrysler or Jeep. The sales department and personnel were all great. The dealership, overall, appears to offer significant value in their dealer promoted benefits such as lifetime oil changes, etc. There does seem to be a bit of a lag time with getting things done within the body shop and getting things taken care of in a timely manner. I understand there are certain labor hiring challenges during this time of Covid, but it remains that when someone buys a new vehicle, there should an expectation of prompt attention to matter to keep minor things from getting in the way of total customer satisfaction.
