First time Jeep buyer and while the Southern Hospitality package is nice, not being able to make an appointment for oil change and tire rotation Is odd, especially when the answer is to use the “express lan package is nice, not being able to make an appointment for oil change and tire rotation Is odd, especially when the answer is to use the “express lane” which is not express at all-two to two and a half hour wait!!! That is ridiculous and by the way is not express at all. Also, if I’m going to have to wait that long at least make the chairs and the waiting room comfortable. Chairs were very uncomfortable and there was no room to really walk around when you legs started to go numb from the horrible seating. More

Sad, Sad Experience! Totally different experience from when I purchased a new car from Southern in 2014. It took EIGHT hours to purchase this newer used vehicle and I still had to come back the next day to finish up. I live two hours away from the dealership. Refused any and all reasonable offer(s) and would not even offer a perk (i.e. accessory allowance. hat, shirt etc.). So, if you do not mind spending 8-10 hours of your life just to get a car at asking price, (like idiot me) then Kevin is the salesman for you! He is marginally nice. Staff even refused me an owner manual. On the flip side, Allison is the shining star of Southern. Should I choose to buy a third vehicle from them (and I doubt it), it will be solely because of the treatment we received from her. More
