I have been working with this service center for almost two years and that have been great. They are very easy to deal with and always ready to help. My most recent visit with them I came in to get an oi two years and that have been great. They are very easy to deal with and always ready to help. My most recent visit with them I came in to get an oil change for my 18 charger. Again they where very helpful and ready to help me. The service tech delayed his own lunch to service my vehicle. I was still very impressed. When I got my bill after the work was completed that’s when I noticed that the price for an oil change for my car had increased. The last oil change for my car in November of 2021 was about $95. And I’m ok with that. But this last time is was $194. That’s almost $100 increase and when I asked the guy looked at me and said “hey inflation price od oil is up”. I was charged over $18 a quart of oil. Now when I went to the parts house and even Walmart I could grab the same oil off their shelves for less than $9 a quart. I was not happy with that. If the price of service was changed I wish they would have told me and I would have waited on my oil change. I was not ready to pay that but the work had already been completed. I will not come back to the dealership for another oil change again. I’m sorry but this has lost you a costumer. For any other repairs yes this is the best dealership to come to. More
