Bad Experience (Jeep Cherokee, 2014) After having my Jeep serviced last month, within about two weeks the transmission died. I had the vehicle towed (paid for by the dealership). This ent After having my Jeep serviced last month, within about two weeks the transmission died. I had the vehicle towed (paid for by the dealership). This entire process took around two weeks, for which I did not receive a single phone call for updating me on the status of my vehicle. The dealership did pay for the rental car that I used. Once the two weeks were up, I secured my vehicle for it to only break again after a week. The dealership once again paid for the tow to the service center. It turns out that the mechanic did not tighten a bolt enough, so it fell out. A few days later, the dealership said they replaced the bolt and my vehicle was ready to go...Not a second after pulling out of the dealership parking lot my vehicle makes clanking noises once again. I turned around and brought it back. Since the bolt fell out, it damaged the driveshaft. All work was covered under my vehicle warranty, but it has become pretty inconvenient. Especially when I am still paying the vehicle loan. I am forced to move my business to a different dealership for now on. Hopefully with certified mechanics. Very unprofessional work. More

Service My experience was great. My service was timely. In addition my sales person Kevin came through as usual. He assisted in resetting my Bluetooth connect My experience was great. He also coordinated my appointment to get my seats clean while still under warranty. I got an oil change, inspection and tire rotation at no cost. I am a happy camper and a fan of your dealership. Easy oil change I was able to go the dealership without an appointment and a service advisor immediately approached me to find out what I needed. Then I get there and spend 2 1/2 hours, most of it waiting on a 99 point inspection I didn't ask for or need. Then I was charged an extra $500 for it. On top of a bunch of other bogus or extra charges I shouldn't have had. Go through your lease company, do not go to this dealership to complete the purchase. I paid well over $1100 more than I should have had to pay and that was after arguing with them and getting the charges reduced twice. It was my bad for not researching this ahead of time but a shame that they scam their customers this way. More
