Fantastic experience I never felt like they were hounding me to make a purchase. Bill, my salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable about each vehicles options. I wasn’t able to buy right off the bat but they were patient and worked with me to get things taken care of. My purchase was smooth. I opted for the protective package and when I brought my new-to-me vehicle back to have the protection products put on, the salesman I worked with, Bill was there to greet me and welcome me back. Now that the sale was finished he didn’t become a ghost like I’ve experienced with other dealerships in the past. So far my experience with Southern has been entirely pleasant and they will be the dealership I tell all my friends to go to. My boyfriend has a Jeep and we have had poor experiences with other dealerships when taking it in to get the state inspection or repairs done. Southern will be the ONLY place we go to from now on, even though there is a Jeep dealership closer to our home. Southern is it, no need to go anywhere else. More
