Frustrated My experience with sales was absolutely amazing, truly one of my best car buying experiences. Therefore, I was hoping my experience with service would My experience with sales was absolutely amazing, truly one of my best car buying experiences. Therefore, I was hoping my experience with service would be the same. My service experience was absolutely horrible. I dropped my car on Friday Night as they were able to work me in which I greatly appreciated. I called around 3 and was told my car was ready and covered u see the warranty. I get there and was told my car wasn’t ready. Turns out the service tech never closed out the ticket. Once it was closed and I picked up my car, I looked at the receipt which said, “Could not duplicate the customer concern” . The car was only driven 6 miles. After leaving the the dealership about an hour later what I thought was just gear shifting, I noticed my Jeep was jerking terribly. I immediately called to advise them of the problem only to be told the service advisors had left. My Jeep wasn’t fixed the first time and I had to take off come back the following Monday. Once I returned on Monday and wait about 2 hours, which was fine given I was a walk in, was informed I need 2 ignition coils and they were not covered under warranty. I was totally fine with having to pay for the repairs. The problem I had was knowing I had to come back knowing that hadn’t fixed my car the first time. My service advisor was very helpful and tried the ease the issue but knowing the car was there for so long Saturday and the tech didn’t even take the time to really drive the car and find out the problem is what really bothered me the most. Not to mention I had to take a day off of work to get something fixed that should have been done on Saturday. More

Wait for 2 hours for a scheduled inspection I was my persons only appointment and after an hour she gave me a status update on inspection. Was not sure if I was going to purchase it - just wanted to look at it. Vehicle was brought to me and it was beautiful - 2017 - great price - and I was given additional reductions. They did all they could to give me additional savings. Did not have to jump through hoops to come up with a lot of documentation for verification, did not have to fill out a lot of paperwork, did not have to put any money down. On top of it all, the staff I encountered were all genuinely great people. I think this was the best part for me. I feel like this encounter was heaven sent. If I didn't drive away from their property with a vehicle, I would still feel as though the time I spent there was worth it. Thanks to Ricky Griffin, Lauren Culver, Chasity, and the young lady at the receptionist desk. I have the vehicle I wanted and I have been enjoying it for the past 4 days. I still feel like this experience has been too good to be true. I don't change vehicles often, but I would prefer to return for my next purchase. More
