All were professional and pleasant even if brief interaction. However, when I met with Sherard Bethea... it was great initially. Then, after I denied adding extended coverage/warranty, his demeanor shifted. He was no longer friendly, no longer made eye contact, and an awkward/uncomfortable silence ensued the remainder of the time while signing documents. I must admit I was in a rush to leave the dealership and missed financial discrepancy that I now regret... probably cost me $2,000. I was not told of a "Covid Cleaning Fee" and it was not discussed the entire purchase. I only noticed it after I got home because the cost of the vehicle was $2,000 higher than what we initially agreed. More
