Great, fast service! We recently had to replace the windshield in our Grand Cherokee after a losing battle with a rock flying on the road. After the repair (not done by So We recently had to replace the windshield in our Grand Cherokee after a losing battle with a rock flying on the road. After the repair (not done by Southern), a few of the Jeep’s sensors weren’t working correctly. Southern, Joe in particular, was able to get us in right away and get us taken care and back on the road. Very happy customer! More

When my warranty wasn't going to provide me a rental anymore they provided me with a brand new loaner vehicle to use while my Jeep was getting fixed. Service Issue My wrangler was dropped off on a Sunday evening for a Yearly inspection and oil change to be completed, we were the first vehicle in line. On Monday My wrangler was dropped off on a Sunday evening for a Yearly inspection and oil change to be completed, we were the first vehicle in line. On Monday afternoon I received a call about the lock for the wheels, which I told the person where they could find it. I never got a call back that day about my car being ready/completed. When I tried to call to check the status, they were closed. I called on Tuesday morning, and was told that my car was in fact completed on Monday and they did not know why I had not picked it up. WELL because nobody EVER called me to tell me it was ready!!!! I was without my vehicle for an extra day. This is the second time I have had this happen to me, their service advisors are not doing their jobs competently! More

Upon my arrival I was told that I needed an appointment for the inspection and i replied " When I called to see if I did I was told by a service rep that I did not need an appointment". I was then told by Mr. Berry that he did have an opening if I could wait. I did and the service was very prompt. I was done before noon. More
Routine Maintenance This was the second time I have had Southern complete the maintenance for my 2018 JKU. The first one was with the Norfolk Service department and they This was the second time I have had Southern complete the maintenance for my 2018 JKU. The first one was with the Norfolk Service department and they refused to complete a five tire rotation because "it makes the tires make noise", my wife did not have time to have them correct the request and complete the five tire rotation. The second time I took it to the Chesapeake location, this time, even though it was written on the paperwork, they did not complete the maintenance. I had to point out that they incorrectly performed the maintenance. They told me that they had no bays available to correct the issue for an hour or so, until I said that this was the second time this has happened, then one of the Service Advisors said that he would get it done personally and it would be 15 minutes. The advisor corrected it and apologized for the error. More
