Lightening quick oil change. Was there getting my free for life oil change. It was done lightening quick. I didn't time it but it was less than 20mins. My host was very friendly. Buying a used vehicle Looked at hundreds of used cars on the internet cause I hate to physically browse. Did a lot of research into the safety standards of the various use Looked at hundreds of used cars on the internet cause I hate to physically browse. Did a lot of research into the safety standards of the various used brands, came up with the Ford Escape 2015, as the right price and had almost everything I wanted. When it comes to used vehicles in my price range, I had to keep looking until I see one that looks good, had low mileage and fit all the other things I was looking for. I found that car at Southern Chrysler Jeep-Greenbrier. That was a shock to me, because I never expected to find the car there. What was even more ironic is the car I had owned for 13 years prior was a Chrysler Town and Country brought from the same location, but used to be called Green-Gifford. I was pleasantly surprised because I loved my Chrylser and this location was where I always took my vehicle for repairs. I have had this 2015 Ford Escape for approximately 2 to 3 months and so far it's a great car. Handles well and looks great. What else can I say. You get what you pay for, but I think I got a little more. The sales people are really nice and weren't too pushy. Of course the reason for only 4 stars is because the sales rep did try to push all the extras, but then they are only doing their jobs. I can understand that but I don't have to like it. Otherwise than that, I would do business with them again and again. Wish I had the money to buy a new car, because I know where I would go. Right here with the only place I have done business with for the past 13 years. Thanks Southern Chrysler Jeep-Greenbrier. Hope you're around for a long while. More

Great Service Brught it in for a faulty thermostat. While fixing the issue the technician noticed a “chirping” noise coming from the water pump. Further investigation revealed bad bearings in the pump. Replaced it at no additional cost. Had he let it go I would have been back within the week. Nice catch! More
