Terrible The vehicle did not have the agreed-upon options upon delivery. I had to continuously call to try to get this corrected, and i was completely ignored. The vehicle did not have the agreed-upon options upon delivery. I had to continuously call to try to get this corrected, and i was completely ignored. The undercoating was sprayed over a bunch of caked on mud, and the four wheel drive was not engaging, so I took it in for service. I was called to say it had been corrected, but when I got there, it had only been halfway corrected, so I had to leave it again. Just lazy. While it was in for service, I continued to try to have the radio that it was supposed to have installed. My Jeep was in the shop for two and a half weeks getting very minimal work done (partly the fault of the sales staff). Scott was uninformed, rude and unresponsive. John did not return my calls, including one I left yesterday after finally picking up my Jeep because he had still not taken care of all of the outstanding issues. The whole experience has been extremely frustrating, to say the least. To pay that much for a vehicle and have these sorts of issues is unacceptable. More

Great Experience with Southern Chrysler Jeep- Greenbrier I took my Jeep in for and engine light. Emily, my Service Manager, did a great job detailing the results of the mechanic's findings with options, cost I took my Jeep in for and engine light. Emily, my Service Manager, did a great job detailing the results of the mechanic's findings with options, costs and timeline. She was able to coordinate other upcoming requirements during my visit. My showroom condition Jeep doors dinged aand chipped! I was really hoping for a great experience. Ive heard the commercials and knew someone high up that worked for Southern and spoke highly of them. I ju I was really hoping for a great experience. Ive heard the commercials and knew someone high up that worked for Southern and spoke highly of them. I just bought a showroom condition jeep and wanted to get a few things done- 4 wheel drive lube service, coolant flush, etc. I made a point of how immaculate the car looked and 3 different service reps did the ooh ahh thing. When I returned to pick up my vehicle it was clear that someone had opened multiple doors and let them bang into other cars or a wall! I was angry but but service rep assured me I would get a call from the Service Manager. Ive been waiting 2 weeks. I have texted my rep 3-4 times and she keeps assuring me that Ill get a call and "they'll make it right." The whole experience has been disheartening and aggravating. I want to find a service department that follows thru and treats me and my car with respect. More
