He knows his product too! He doesn’t just sell jeeps, rattling off information and numbers he read in pamphlet , he owns them too (him and his wife). He is honest and upfront, tells you the positive and negative about any decisions you may be contemplating. I don’t just go to him to buy all my jeeps! If I have any problems with the jeep, service on the jeep, or anything about my jeep outside the sales relm, I go to Eddie Mac first! If there is red tape to be cut, he has the knowledge, contacts, and tools to do it! Just one story of many to drive his "customer care" attitude home... Last year I totalled my 2016 Jeep wrangler (June 29th, Thursday before the holiday weekend). I showed up to the dealership needing a new Jeep on Friday morning prior to my. Eddie was leaving at noon on vacation for 10 days or so. I had a jeep in mind but just wasn’t sure yet. Instead of rushing me to buy it then and there, he signed his dealer tags over to me for almost two weeks so that I could drive the Jeep and make sure it was what I wanted! Now, I have heard of overnight but never 2 weeks. He also helped me with the painful gap insurance claim that was purchased with the totalled vehicle.
