Buyers Be Warned!!! Do Not Buy Here!!!! Horrible Dealership! We are a Dodge and Jeep family. Since 2004 we have purchased 12 vehicles with 6 of them purchased from Southern Chrysler Jeep. It seems their customer We are a Dodge and Jeep family. Since 2004 we have purchased 12 vehicles with 6 of them purchased from Southern Chrysler Jeep. It seems their customer service has decreased significantly over the years. Trying to get a return phone call from someone in a management position is useless. They refuse to provide service to their own products and give customers the run around. Today I was passed around to 5 different people on the phone while my truck sat at the dealership not getting repaired. The truck only has 9,000 miles on it and they do not want to cover the shock that went bad. And of course at one point, I was told I needed to speak with my sales person and that he would be the only one to help me, only to find out that he is no longer an employee. Never again will I purchase another vehicle from this dealership. Guess I need to start looking at the Chevy Dealership across the street for my next purchase. Take my advise, stay far away from this dealership and it’s other location near the Norfolk Airport! More
