Professionalism and Customer Satisfaction I arrived in Virginia Beach on Monday morning June 2, 2014. I am beginning a new job on the 5th and my company which is located in New Jersey instruct I arrived in Virginia Beach on Monday morning June 2, 2014. I am beginning a new job on the 5th and my company which is located in New Jersey instructed me to lease a vehicle. They chose this dealership for fulfilling my needs. The sales person was Mr Kevin Jones. Kevin picked me up at my hotel and drove me to the dealership in the vehicle which I will be leasing. I found Mr Jones to be very professional and courteous from the very start. Upon arrival to the dealership, Mr Jones gave me a very thorough brief as to the features of the Jeep as well as how to use them. I was even allowed a test drive to make sure that this vehicle would be a good fit to me. Once we returned to the dealership, Mr Jones took care of the paperwork, got me a temporary plate and sent me on my way. I found that his professionalism, attention to detail as well as his manners is a direct reflection on himself as well as Southern Chrysler Jeep of Chesapeake. Eddie Mac was there for me every step of the way. Actually not only Eddie,but also April in the internet sales department. When the vehicle I wanted was ready I was able to test drive it overnight, and return it when it fit my schedule. I ended up buying the vehicle at a very reasonable price very much lower than other local dealers. The only reason Southern doesn't get a 5 on quality of work, was the time it took to prepare the vehicle I eventually purchased, lasting a few days. Eddie Mac and April both were 5 out of 5! Eddie/Southern have another life long customer now! Can't wait to take my Jeep on the beach now! More

While shopping for a vehicle to purchase without financing I visited five or six dealerships until I went to Southern Chrysler. Sterrick was very friendly and answered all my questions that he knew and if he didn't know he made sure he found the answer I wanted without trying to give me a bunch of BS. I told him what I was looking for, why I was looking for that type of vehicle and what my price range was. Sterrick showed me several models and spoke with other managers to give me more options. Never once did he try to get me to finance and buy a bigger and better vehicle as he said he wanted me to be happy with my purchase, and he succeeded. My used car needed inspections and a little work done on it which caused me to leave my vehicle at the dealership for a few days after purchase. Sterrick kept me in the loop the whole time and made sure I had a loaner car while my car was being worked on. I have enjoyed the used car Malibu i bought with his help and I didn't have any buyers remorse afterwards. Sterrick even called me about a month later to check and see if I was still happy with the car I bought and if I had any problems with it. Thanks Southern for hiring a salesman like Sterrick who made the car buying process as painless as possible. More
