Carolyn Fite gave my son and I exceptional service with purchasing our vehicle. The following day after purchasing my 2014 Jeep Compass, I informed Carolyn that the paint had defects. This dealership deserves the high rating that I have given it. We walked on the lot after choosing some possibilities from the their internet site. He was very knowledgeable, polite and as my wife told him, "Your momma did a great job in raising you". We had no problem getting financed, and the overall experience was super. Kevin Jones was outstanding to work with in all facets of our purchase where we dealt directly with him. The only reason I'm conflicted about overall customer service was due to the fact that we were made to our purchase where we dealt directly with him. The only reason I'm conflicted about overall customer service was due to the fact that we were made to wait 5 hours to complete our purchase, and then still had to come back the next morning to finalize it. Given the fact that we were literally the first people to arrive at the dealership when it opened on 11/10, makes this unacceptable. Whoever caused the delay gets a "very bad". We have excellent credit, so there was no delay that can be blamed on us as the customers. Again Kevin gets an outstanding for his customer service, but the finance people or whoever caused us to wait, do not. Since there is no separate way to rate the dealership apart from our salesman, I felt the need to clarify. Regarding price, we felt only a $500 discount for Veterans Day was quite disappointing. We did in fact trade in a vehicle that is in very good condition plus gave a cash down payment, so we expected a better discount. More
