Great experience all round. Everyone at the dealership that I dealt with were professional, friendly and extremely kind and helpful. I decided to take a trip to look at what they had from the OBX of NC when someone ran into the back of me not more than 1 mile from the dealership totalling my car. They (specifically Stacy Gregg) picked me up from the crash site, took me back to the dealership, showed me the range of cars in the field I was looking for and offered to drop me home (2 hours away in NC!). Now that is service! I went back 2 days later (again, offering to pick me up all the way from the OBX) and bought a 2013 Chrysler Town & Country. I could not be happier. The car is great but no need to pop the champagne to celebrate, a Walmart shopper decided they would christen my beautiful new car with the white paint off their door on the way home after purchasing the vehicle (how considerate!?). I purchased a 2008 Dodge Caravan and traded in a 2007 Dodge Dakota at the NFCU tent sale outside of Oceana. The saleman that helped me was Andrew Dohm. The detailing job totally unacceptable. the was still trash,dirt, and food left in the glove box and drink holder. The interior did not look like it had been vacuumed at all. Andrew made sure I kept the loaner car until the job was done properly. Andrew handled everything professionally and made sure the detailing was done right the second time. More

I purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee at Southern Chysler Jeep in Chesapeake Va. My Sales rep was Eddie McIntosh (Eddie Mac) and let me tell you he is super. What I wanted was the main concern and focus. What I didn’t know about the vehicle (the difference between a Rubicon and Sport, half and whole doors, soft and hard top) I was instructed what each item w didn’t know about the vehicle (the difference between a Rubicon and Sport, half and whole doors, soft and hard top) I was instructed what each item was so I could choose what I wanted. I was repeatedly shown by the dealer how to fold back and take down the top until I was comfortable doing it on my own. He never got frustrated or acted impatient with the repeated demo or my many questions. I walked away with exactly what I wanted. From the first day to today I have never regretted buying my Jeep Wrangler. I didn’t just walk away with a vehicle but with knowledge about my vehicle. I never felt uncomfortable being a women walking into a “man’s world” unlike other dealerships. More

I found my car at this dealership by pure coincidence. I was only in the area because I was looking at another car at a different location that looked nothing like they advertised. I was not in the market for a jeep, but it is my favorite car that I have owned thus far. I get so many compliments on it I'm completely happy with my new purchase. The salesman was very friendly helpful and patient. He isn't the typical pushy person which was greatly appreciated. He even had the car washed and detailed even tthough it was already immaculate.
