We have been going to this same dealership and have bought multiple vehicles from them since we moved to the area nearly 10 years ago. The Pandemic and natural staff turnover (retirement) has resulted in an understaffed and inexperienced crew that operate way below the standard we became accustomed to. More

They failed my car for inspection. My father in law, a mechanic, picked the car up knowing the findings were false. Took it to another shop and it passed with no needed service. Jammie can diagnose eve rate professionals! They’ve kept my Chrysler Town and Country maintained for 15 years, without requiring any major repair! Jammie can diagnose even the more complicated problems with complete solutions. Paul consistently recommends that I obtain only the necessary maintenance required to keep the Van operating at maximum efficiency without pushing needless work before they’re due, as some dealerships are known to do. This has saved me money over time as Paul has earned my Trust. The only team this minivan will ever see-if they re-locate, I’ll be taking the Van somewhere else!
