I took my truck in for a warranty recall for three items. They kept my truck for five working days and only did a computer upgrade which messed up the horn. I lost $7500 in those five working days. I am very interested in getting another vehicle another truck for my business and a car for my daughter but I am a little shy about going back. More

Danial was great however what I was told would take 45 minutes max turned into 3 and a half hours. This was not the fault of Danial but the technician. Need to get more diesel mechanics to work on the grand Cherokee diesel vehicle. Dealerships need to contact the manufacturers to place light bulbs and batteries in a more central location for the averag Cherokee diesel vehicle. Clean atmosphere from garage into the waiting area. The express lane service was easy to drop car off for state inspection.
