Express Lane Purchased my vehicle from the dealership in 2008 and have had wonderful service from Lamont Berry, my service advisor, until Saturday, 7 July 2018. C Purchased my vehicle from the dealership in 2008 and have had wonderful service from Lamont Berry, my service advisor, until Saturday, 7 July 2018. Called a week ago to schedule a oil change and was informed the Express Lane must be used. Stopped in Saturday, R.O. opened at 1:39pm, vehicle taken in about 5-10 minutes after arrival. Several vehicles came in after me and seemed to me that within an half hour they were completed and gone. Around 2:45pm I went in to check with P. Cima as to the status of my vehicle, I told him several vehicles had come and gone since I checked in. He immediately went to check on my vehicle and stated that it was just getting ready to pull out of the garage. Received my paperwork from P. Cima, went out to vehicle only to find that the driver side center wheel cover was missing. Went back in and informed P. Cima who went out to the garage area and obtained the center wheel cover and installed. Opened drivers side door to find grease on the drivers door and also on the floor mat and surrounding area. I have never had any issues when dealing with the service department until I had to deal with the Express Lane. This dealer ship is a 5 star, however, you cannot tell that from the appearance of the Express Lane personnel. All the service advisors represent the dealership with pride and treat their customers with respect which reflects the 5 star rating. More

Went in to get an inspection on Sat. I wasn't sure if they would have time but I arrived and asked my tech, Paul, and he got my vehicle in and out inspected in under an hour. Was Awesome!
