Won’t be Going Back I got an oil change and tire rotation. Upon leaving, I checked my tires (I had scuffed the rims a few months back) and noticed that they didn’t perfor I got an oil change and tire rotation. Upon leaving, I checked my tires (I had scuffed the rims a few months back) and noticed that they didn’t perform the tire rotation. I told the service advisor helping me and after waiting another 30 minutes on top of the hour long wait time, I could tell they had been rotated. The advisor was really nice about it but there was zero explanation. The next day I called the service manager who I retold the story to and without asking me my name or contact info told me to “see him next time and he could do something for me.” Obviously I will not be going back but now I am unsure if I even had an oil change! And their sheer indifference to the situation is very unprofessional. And offering me “something next time” is not any way to handle the situation. More

Excellent Customer Service and Maintenance Service I came in for a simple oil change and to check my tires because the tire pressure light was on and didn't go off even though I put air into it. I pulled into the express lane, there were only 2 cars in head of me. The Customer Service Rep inquired the purpose of my visit - I told him and all problems were taken care of and the Customer Service Rep informed me if my light doesn't go off by the time I reached the stop sign to turn around and he would personally take care of the problems - I really like the dedication and professionalism shown at this dealership More
