Example, walking to my serviced vehicle and immediately seeing fingerprints all over driver window & door…so, had to go & pay for an unexpected car wash afterwards. Worse? Telling the advisor that I needed a front light replaced with my oil change …Advisor repeats request…After work completed, I ask the Advisor was the light replaced and she said “I think so.” Then on the invoice, the “Multi-point inspection,” checks all lights working? I couldn’t check in the parking lot because the vehicle has to be in drive for the lights to come on…plus, I just TRUSTED that it was done. Of course, pulled behind a vehicle at a stop light and could see the light still out in the reflection. Having said all that, I will come back because of the EXCELLENT service from Advisors like Paul over the years. But, hope my next visit is nothing like this past…I trust that it’s not. More
