It took over 3 weeks to get a fuel pump in from the parts department for a 2022 Wagoneer. The Parts department "claimed" that it was ordered but couldn't track it for delivery. 1) the reminder/confirmation text included an old address where they no longer handle customers. “For Dodge/Ram : 1717 S Military Hwy, Chesapeake, VA 23320” 2) when I pulled up to the service department I where they no longer handle customers. “For Dodge/Ram : 1717 S Military Hwy, Chesapeake, VA 23320” 2) when I pulled up to the service department I got in line for the only employee there. Turns out she was just for express and pointed to another advisor after rudoey explaining to me that was not her job and she only does Express check ins. 3) I waited for 1:45 before the cashier called me up, dance me my keys, and said I was good. I had to read the report to see what happened. Only the parking sensor was diagnosed and they had to order the part. They did not change the oil like I had scheduled and verified at check in. I told the advisor who then apologized and promised it would be quick. I waited again for another hour. 4) when I asked about the sensor repair, I was told it would take at least one full day and they had no loaner vehicles available. 5) this is a brand new truck with 6k miles and shouldn’t have any issues nor should I have an issue getting a loaner at the dealership I purchased the truck at two months earlier. The “free” oil change ended up costing me 3hrs of my time and was not worth it at all. More
