It was a nightmare to get an appointment, then the service department claimed several faults on inspection, at least two of which where false. I will NEVER take a vehicle to get serviced here again and I believe this dealership deliberately tries to charge customers for work that doesn’t need to be done. More

Toke my 2010 Wrangler in because of a knocking noise it was making. Service Techs did a diagnostic test and turned out to be the lifter's. The Tech who replaced the lifter's ended putting them in not oiled was making. Service Techs did a diagnostic test and turned out to be the lifter's. The Jeep has been there over a month and you now want to say the motor has been blown all along. Don't think so. This past month there has been little to no commutation. Every time we get told our car will be ready the day comes and goes and no word. We have to reach out just to be told it will be another week. Can not get ahold of the General Manger or Service manager. Every time we call all they want to do is try and put me in a new car! I will not buy a car from this place. Save your money and your time. Took my vehicle in for a vvl solenoid leak. The dealership also replaced the valve cover. When I left and got home the vehicle was smoking from oil hitting the exhaust from improper installatio The dealership also replaced the valve cover. When I left and got home the vehicle was smoking from oil hitting the exhaust from improper installation of the valve cover. They tow the vehicle back and then fix the valve cover gasket. I pick up the vehicle again and when I get home the vehicle is smoking again and coolant is all over my engine bay. So then I have to get it towed back again. Just picked up the vehicle from the 3rd attempt and all seems ok so far. My service advisor was great and kept in contact with me during the entire time, but the tech's not so much. I'm just grateful after the 3rd time it seems to be finally fixed. More
