I think your firm is very new because none of your technology seems to work. The phones are horrible, contacting your service agent is almost impossible. Your website scheduling tools doesn’t even have an option for state inspection. My service agent was a little in the off putting side and seemed to mumble ( I am hearing impaired but he wasn’t clearing speaking ) you even have the customer entrance to the service area locked! I was not impressed. You did mostly what you said you would and most of what I asked for. But communication was sparse. You did complete the job Sommer than anticipated so there is that. More

Cleon Skinner the mgr very rude and unprofessional. He spoked to me rudely and let my car sit with no service to it for three days spiteful. No communication after he called me and barked at me.
