I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this dealership. Despite clearly explaining the symptoms of my vehicle’s issue, the service advisor dismissed my input and confidently misdiagnosed the pr dealership. Despite clearly explaining the symptoms of my vehicle’s issue, the service advisor dismissed my input and confidently misdiagnosed the problem. As a result, I was charged over $800 for unnecessary repairs — and my brake issue still isn’t resolved. To make matters worse, I’ve been unable to get in touch with anyone for follow-up, as my calls go unanswered. This experience has been frustrating and costly, and I can’t recommend their service department based on how this was handled. More
