Stay away from Service Dept. Service department is no good, you’re better off using someone off of Craigslist. They will treat you right when you buy but that’s it. Had several recalls on my vehicles (2) and was not told about them even after both were here for service. 4 days to replace a cracked window. Went in today for another recall. Advisor Jeff Anton sealed the deal for us never returning. I believe we are owed something. Make it right pomoco. Run from here. More

My salesman was Kevin Steele, who was very professional, explained all that I needed to know, and did not put any pressure on me as a buyer. We worked out the Special Order through a laptop. Forms and procedures were explained clearly to me. The experience from start to finish was just smooth with no hassle or issues. Cindy Borrelli was very friendly as well, and left me with no questions since everything was explained clearly. I would highly recommend Kevin Steele if you are thinking about making a purchase at this dealership. Here you are treated well, and not as another statistic. They gave me a great deal on my truck! Need to prioritize role of service/sales over bean counters Great service and sales (Kevin Steele is awesome) but the bean counters in the business office have adversely changed my views. I bought 4 vehicles f Great service and sales (Kevin Steele is awesome) but the bean counters in the business office have adversely changed my views. I bought 4 vehicles from POMOCO and have three serviced there on a routine basis for periodic PMs and oil changes. Yesterday I was charged for a safety inspection which in the past has always been no charge (vehicles range from 3 to 1 year old). When I picked up my inspection refund today because I complained about no notice of the fee in advance when I brought my vehicle in, I was told that they can change the terms of the program I bought into anytime they want without notice. If the bean counters want to undo the goodwill POMOCO has with their awesome service and sales team - they just did. I can choose where to buy my vehicles from because there are other RAM/Jeep dealers in the region. More

Bought a used 2016 Impala from Mark Greenauer at Pocomo Used They had the car in mint condition. Mark was very friendly and worked with the Finance manager to get me 7.7 ,% whereas the best I could get was 11.5 They had the car in mint condition. Great Sales Service My husband and I knew that we wanted another Caravan -- and we had decided on a Pacifica this time. The new van is our 4th. However, being two different drivers we had a couple of different requirements/considerations. We worked with the most understand and knowledgeable member of the POMOCO Sales Team -- Justin Arnold. He was able to help us narrow down the specific vehicle that would be and is perfect for our needs. He then arranged to locate it and have it arrive at the Jefferson location in a very short period of time. Justin has gone out of his way to help us with some of the newer items on the Pacifica -- linking our cell phones, and showing us how some of the other features work. He has provided website links that we can pursue on our own -- but has already demonstrated that he is ready, willing and able to provide the human support and experience that is sometimes the only assistance that solves he issue. When purchasing a new vehicle, I always remember what my father would say: "You can buy a car anywhere, you want to buy one where you can depend on the follow-on service." And, that is what I count on from the POMOCO Team -- Sales and Service. More
