I worked hard to buy my vehicle! Just very unimpressive. Had to track down the NEW vehicle myself, chase the sales guy around to make sure he shipped it, answer questions about the s Just very unimpressive. Had to track down the NEW vehicle myself, chase the sales guy around to make sure he shipped it, answer questions about the specifications of the vehicle via Google instead of a knowledgeable Dodge guy at a Dodge dealership, sit in the showroom for long periods of time, etc. When we finally took delivery, the "clean" truck had water spots & brake dust & leftover glue from it stickers. The vehicle is great. The service was absolutely not. More

Got what I wanted! I shopped two other dealerships before I got to Pomoco. It was typical dealership nonsense and lies. Great experience!! We have been Jeep owners of five jeeps with great experiences with all. We recently retired and decided to down grade from 2007 Grand Cherokee & Wrang We have been Jeep owners of five jeeps with great experiences with all. We recently retired and decided to down grade from 2007 Grand Cherokee & Wrangler and purchase a 2018 Grand Cherokee Overland. We had the horror to working with Mike Wiseman what a great guy. He was honest and treated my wife and I like family. I was taught from a kid you have to negotiate on the price and Mike worked with us on the price of the new Jeep and our trade ins. I’ve been dealing with Pomoco Jeep in Newport News for the last 10 years the have always treated me great with parts and service. Pomoco will be the first dealership when I need my next vehicle. More
