I know that I can always rely on them for top-notch customer service, a fair price, and an overall good experience. My Dodge Journey that I purchased in 2013 suddenly died on me and I was heart broken. However, the sales associate, Kevin Steele (whom I spoke to during a previous visit about my interest in the Jeep Grand models) came to my rescue. I immediately asked for his assistance in the help of choosing the right Jeep Grand Cherokee for my family's' needs as well as one to fit my budget. The sales experience went even better this time around because of Mr. Steele's patience and understanding in allowing me the time to carefully choose the options, color, and style of Jeep I wanted. He carefully explained the process of financing and even went as far to find a financer to handle the vehicle notes for less than the other competitors.
