Service Department Customer Service This service department is the worst. My car warranty had just run out and I had a pretty big issue with my engine. First off, the customer service wa This service department is the worst. My car warranty had just run out and I had a pretty big issue with my engine. First off, the customer service was bad, and on top of it, they couldn’t give me a price to fix the issue. I then took my car to a local garage and they diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate, but then on top of that, he took the time to find a number for Chrysler/Jeep warranty and explained to me that my model car has had issues with the engine, and extended warranties were being given due to this issue. The dealership that I purchased the car from, Pomoco, was rude to me, couldn’t fully diagnose a problem, and didn’t bother to tell me that I should call and apply for an exception to be made on my warranty. So, I have to take my car to this service department, because my request was approved by the cooperate office. The dealership “fixed” my car, and I picked it up today. After driving 2 miles down the road and stopping to pick up something, I came back to a car that wouldn’t start. Of course when I call them, this has nothing to do with anything they could’ve done. This has been my experience with Pomoco, and their manager Bobby! More

Worth the drive We were shopping for a Ram / Jeep and picked Pomoco dealership over another one closer to our home because of terrible customer service from them. Needless to say this was not the case at Pomoco .First and foremost Kevin Steele our salesman did a exceptional throughout our buying process . He has a great attitude, is highly knowledgeable about the products offered, never pressured us to buy one model over another and truly shown a honest liking for his job , which is truly refreshing. The buying process with Kevin was comfortable and pressure free. Secondly all the other staff members involved (John , Melissa and Cindy) carried the same positive customer centered attitude which added to the buying process.
