I Purchased a new 2500 Ram one year ago during the transfer of ownership from Pomoco to Checkered Flag. Unfortunately, the transfer happened during my order build. All promises of the lifetime power train and free services…oil changes, etc. was not honored. The new owner didn’t honor my agreements made during negotiations with Pomoco but earned the money for the sale when my vehicle was delivered. I am requesting that the new owner restore the lifetime power train and oil change services agreement initially made. They purchased the dealership and should honor any agreement made to customers during the transfer of ownership. If not, I will be contacting corporate or seeking legal advice. More
