I brung my car in for a simple oil Change. They let me leave the lot without my cold air intake properly installed back on. A person answered the phone and I was able to make an appointment. I dropped my auto off the night before and got it back by 3 pm the next day. So happy that Jermaine is back ! !! This dealership had some very bad customer service issues . I had been trying since July 2024 to get a piece replaced on my jeep . I called Friday !! This dealership had some very bad customer service issues . I had been trying since July 2024 to get a piece replaced on my jeep . I called Friday morning spoke to the service manager and within 30 minutes i was at the dealership getting my oil changed and the piece replaced . Thank you Jermaine !!! Amazing customer service !!
