Dealership has changed. Appointment set and confirmed, received an early request to come in. I sat in the service waiting room for one hour then was told to pick-up my truck Appointment set and confirmed, received an early request to come in. I sat in the service waiting room for one hour then was told to pick-up my truck with no work done because no parts that I ordered came in. One hour of uncomplicated time to install parts they didn't have on site. Bad service. More

No customer service from the service department. They do not answer the phone and do not call with status. I had to get a ride in order to get the status!! Yes, I called the correct number. To start off… this has been the most pleasant and straightforward purchase of a car that I have had and witnessed in years! Demetrius displayed the BEST customer service and patience throughout the e straightforward purchase of a car that I have had and witnessed in years! Demetrius displayed the BEST customer service and patience throughout the entire car buying process that I have ever seen. He answered our many questions from inventory, features, selection, financing, and provided the most transparency that I have ever been shown from a car salesman. Not only was Checkered Flag Jeep the best facilitator for our New car purchase but it was the best in communication and no xx antics. We visited numerous car dealerships and they gave us the run around regarding our requested car make, model, features, etc. After specifically stating the exact car that we wanted they jumped through hoops - NOT to sell us the car that we WANTED - but to sell us the cars that they HAD. Then when we asked questions about their high prices they were charging for what they had available, they decided to explain their “invoice” to us and why they had to up charge over $6K on the final price and couldn’t go any lower. They even asked US to provide them with the paperwork from other dealers to see what they were charging….it got to a point where we had to stand up and walk away from the table and out of their office. I appreciate car salesmen like Demetrius who gives straightforward answers and no nonsense advice when it comes to what they can and cannot provide to their customers. If ANYONE is in the market for a new car… I strongly advise you to check out Checkered Flag Jeep in Newport News (I am sure that all the sales reps are amazing but I recommend working with Demetrius)!!!! More
