Remodel is great. Staff friendly. But what the people who answer the phone and what actually happens is entirely 2 different things. I called to confirm oil chang Staff friendly. But what the people who answer the phone and what actually happens is entirely 2 different things. I called to confirm oil change and tire rotation was on a first come first served. I was there at 7:40am, second in line to be told it could be a couple of hours because people with appointments. Some of these people had appointments to get oil changed. Not sure where the so called “first come first served” would come into play there. But I must say an hour and 10 minutes later I was called that my service was done. So next time I will make appointment if that is an option. More
