I engaged the service department for an oil change and state inspection. The costly recommended services in no way contributed to my state inspection. I own both a Jeep and a Dodge and have been loyal to the brand for years. However, I will not, nor can I recommend this dealership to friends and family. More

I brung my car in for a simple oil Change. They let me leave the lot without my cold air intake properly installed back on.
