My state inspection was out of date and I needed and oil change (I work on base and they can deny you access with an expired state inspection). I showed-up Monday morning at 7:00 without and appointment. Ms change (I work on base and they can deny you access with an expired state inspection). I showed-up Monday morning at 7:00 without and appointment. Ms. Trakiya Feaster greeted me as I pulled up and said she would take care of me. She was super pleasant and had a great big smile, the kind that makes a person feel like they are the most important in the world. She asked if I would be waiting and when I told her yes, that I had an ill child at home to get back to (sister in-law) was with him, she said she would get me taken care of quickly. The waiting room was clean and well furnished. Before I knew it, Ms. Feaster told me my truck was ready - only and hour and 15 minutes later! She also scheduled an appointment for a recall on my truck and an appointment for my next oil change. It was a great experience and it was all because of Ms. Feaster’s people skills and customer service mentality. Thank you! More
