She swiftly managed to cycle the vehicle trough its prep process and deliver two days early in order to avoid a weather delay. Kristi even ironed out some minor discrepancies between the CDJR website and the actual dealership. She addressed every item and satisfied every detail. OVERALL I WOULD RATE THIS DEALER A ZERO IF I COULD. I CAME IN TO TEST DRIVE A VEHICLE THAT I WAS INTERESTED IN TEST DRIVING BEFORE I ORDERED. I WAS GOING TO HAVE ONE ORDERED AND THEY COULD NOT EVEN COMP CAME IN TO TEST DRIVE A VEHICLE THAT I WAS INTERESTED IN TEST DRIVING BEFORE I ORDERED. I WAS GOING TO HAVE ONE ORDERED AND THEY COULD NOT EVEN COMPETE TO MY LOCAL PRICING FROM ANOTHER DEALER. WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO TEST DRIVE A INSTOCK VEHICLE. I CALLED IN THE MORNING TALKED TO HER ON THE PHONE AND EXPLAINED THAT THERE WAS NO OTHER TRUCKS ON LOTS AND THEY KNEW THAT AND I WOULD LIKE TO COME DRIVE IT SHE SAID NOT A PROBLEM. I DROVE 2 HOURS TO COME SEE THE TRUCK AND SHE AND THE SALES MANAGER WOULDNT LET ME DRIVE IT. I WASTED GAS MONEY, TIME AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS A BIG NO NO. I TOLD THEM I WOULD LET ALL MY MILITARY FRIENDS KNOW AND WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THEM TO ANYONE EVER. IF YOU BUY A VEHICLE HERE BE PREPAIRED TO BE OVERCHARGED AND CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT DOES NOT EXSIST. IF YOU WANT TO BE LIED TO ONLY SO THEY CAN GET YOU IN THE DOOR THIS IS THE DEALER FOR YOU. I RECCOMEND LOOKING ELSEWHERE. NOTHING BUT POSITIVE EXPERIENCES AT THE DEALER I ORDERED FROM.
