My state inspection was out of date and I needed and oil change (I work on base and they can deny you access with an expired state inspection). She was super pleasant and had a great big smile, the kind that makes a person feel like they are the most important in the world. She asked if I would be waiting and when I told her yes, that I had an ill child at home to get back to (sister in-law) was with him, she said she would get me taken care of quickly. The waiting room was clean and well furnished. Before I knew it, Ms. Feaster told me my truck was ready - only and hour and 15 minutes later! She also scheduled an appointment for a recall on my truck and an appointment for my next oil change. It was a great experience and it was all because of Ms. Feaster’s people skills and customer service mentality. Thank you! More

Remodel is great. Staff friendly. But what the people who answer the phone and what actually happens is entirely 2 different things. I called to confirm oil chang Staff friendly. I was there at 7:40am, second in line to be told it could be a couple of hours because people with appointments. Some of these people had appointments to get oil changed. Not sure where the so called “first come first served” would come into play there. But I must say an hour and 10 minutes later I was called that my service was done. So next time I will make appointment if that is an option. More
