I’ve been a customer at Pomoco since March 2012 and only dealt with them until summer 2020 when I went for a recall service and the dealership tried ripping me off by almost $1,200. Due to the airbag recall dealt with them until summer 2020 when I went for a recall service and the dealership tried ripping me off by almost $1,200. Due to the airbag recall, my airbag light was on. After they completed the service, they charged me for a diagnostic test that didn’t need to be done because after the recall was completed the light went off. Then they said the light was still on and another service needed to be done in order for them to pass my inspection. I went to see my car and the light was off. I was very upset because they almost got me to pay for a service that didn’t need to be done to my car and I’m still upset that I had to pay for the diagnostic when it was NOT needed. They lost me as a customer and I will NEVER do business with them again or refer anyone there. More

Mike was my sales guy for me buying my 2020 Jeep Gladiator! He went the extra mile in everything he did for me! He even picked me up at my house when I didn't have a way in to the dealership! I've been shopping around online for a bit for a new Ram 1500. I had interacted with a couple dealers and received responses that the one on their site had been sold, etc. I reached out to Pomoco about a 1500. I had interacted with a couple dealers and received responses that the one on their site had been sold, etc. I reached out to Pomoco about a new truck they had online and had prompt and professional interactions with Kyla Power. Through a few more emails I set up an appointment. Kyla was with some other customers but promptly set me up for a test drive. Returning from the test drive, Kyla had yet an additional customer waiting for her so I was referred to Mike Wiseman. We went over the truck and different options. I had an existing vehicle to trade and Mike got that checked out and I was offered a fair price for the trade in. After going through all the numbers, options, etc. Mike was able to get me set up with the loan, trade in, and new keys in my hand. The back office folks were all staying late to get me setup and did an excellent job answering all questions and exceeding my expectations. No hard sell. No invasive phone calls from my online request. Super knowledgeable people. It has been a bit of time since I bought and when ever I have a question, I continue to reach out to Mike and he is there, phone or email. I can't recommend him enough if you are in the market for a new truck like I was. Also, Kyla was excellent and super helpful online and when she was juggling three customers at one time! More
