On February 24th 2018 my husband and I bought a 2007 Ford Edge from a d To really understand you must know my beforehand experience at another dealer. On February 24th 2018 my husband and I bought a 2007 Ford Edge from a dealer further down Jefferson Ave. The Edge was great for 9 months then it’s adaptive learning transmission blew mind you there weren’t any lights plus the dealer had assured us it was great. Well a new transmission for the edge is $4800 so we decided to just buy another used car for that price instead of continuing to dump money in the Edge. This is how we came across Pomoco used vehicles for sale. I found a 2007 Dodge Charger in our price range and called the dealer to discuss things. Martel Washington answered my call honestly I can’t say enough wonderful things about him. He listened to my above story about the lemon I had been sold previously and my price range. We set up an appointment for today to view the Charger. My husband and I took it for a drive after giving Martel our information and I fell in love with it. When I returned to the dealership however I was still hesitant about buying a car after what had happened. I still had questions like what kind of transmission this charger had and if it came with a warranty of some sort. I didn’t though but Martel went and spoke with a manager named Mr. Coleman and Martel explained everything to him and Mr. Coleman came out and answered additional questions, pulled the Carfax as well as explained it to us then on top of all this instructed Martel to add on a 12 month/12,000 mile power train warranty and 2 free oil changes and tire rotations for the next year to the Charger. Thereby erasing my fear of another Ford Edge situation. Pomoco of Newport News treats you amazing, they have excellent employees , like Martel Washington and Mr. Coleman, and genuinely care about your cares/worries. They made an initial offer that i was not able to match without a lot of work at some competing dealers but they were 50-150 miles away. The salesman was not there to argue about price. Angelo bent over backwards to help in anyway possible. I worked directly with the sales manager directly, who was up front and honest. This is a dealer I would send my mother too and that means a lot. They also didn't run me through the gauntlet of people to try and get more money out of me offering me a bunch of overpriced stuff that was unnecessary. More

AND.....he even took the time to go over my new ram thoroughly.....from mechanical, adjustments...electronics....and setting up the pairing of truck and smart phones....did i mention this was an hour , well worth the time to know the truck even before leaving lot. that was impressive in my book! thanks kevin!! def recommend kevin if your looking for a vehicle. both him and pomoco have my loyalty.. i can honestly say this was the best experience i have had buying a vehicle. it was like dealing with a good friend vs a sales man.
