Kyla Power is the greatest! Really stayed in touch with me to ensure I had all the information that I needed. Unfortunately, her support team wasn't nearly as concerned with my time or well-being as it to me to ensure I had all the information that I needed. Unfortunately, her support team wasn't nearly as concerned with my time or well-being as it took more than two hours to sign paperwork for an all cash deal where the numbers had already been negotiated! I even gave them 3+ hours notice before arriving to the dealership. Unacceptable. More
