So happy that Jermaine is back ! !! This dealership had some very bad customer service issues . I had been trying since July 2024 to get a piece replaced on my jeep . I called Friday !! This dealership had some very bad customer service issues . I had been trying since July 2024 to get a piece replaced on my jeep . I called Friday morning spoke to the service manager and within 30 minutes i was at the dealership getting my oil changed and the piece replaced . Thank you Jermaine !!! Amazing customer service !!
